Users must understand: • Bots operate based on pre-programmed rules and cannot adapt to sudden market events, regulatory changes, or extraordinary circumstances (flash crashes, geopolitical events, central bank interventions). • Bot performance in live markets may differ materially from backtest results due to: real spreads, execution latency, requotes, partial fills, broker restrictions, and market gaps. • VinaBot does not monitor your trading accounts, has no access to your broker accounts, and cannot intervene in live trading. • You are solely responsible for: installing, configuring and monitoring bots; setting appropriate risk parameters; ensuring stable VPS and internet connection. • Using leveraged automated systems can result in rapid and substantial losses, including losses exceeding your initial deposit. High Risk configurations carry the highest probability of significant drawdowns. Users selecting high-risk settings do so at their own discretion and risk.

Source code and EAs are generated by AI from input ideas and are probabilistic in nature. The User bears a MANDATORY OBLIGATION to independently review and verify the source code logic (especially the Stop Loss logic), run full Backtests, and rigorously test on a DEMO ACCOUNT before deploying on a REAL account.
